Since mid 2016, we have produced "Made in Germany" portable stud welding equipment with the corresponding welding guns for tip ignition. This equipment offers maximum functionality thanks to modern microprocessor control and ease of use.

A differentiation is made between the following two equipment series.

BS series

These BS3xx stud welders work according to the capacitor discharge process (tip ignition).

They offer maximum functionality thanks to modern microprocessor control and ease of use
They guarantee a high level of reliability thanks to the use of high-quality components, a stable design and a compact metal housing
Preset welding parameters are stored on the equipment, ensuring a quick ready status
Possible causes of errors are displayed
Automatic switchover of mains voltage from 110 V to 240 V
The welding voltage can be adjusted in increments of 1 V
This series can be operated with the HP-TSK310 and HP-TSK ISO contact welding guns, the HP-TSG310H gap welding gun or the MHSK mini welding head by simply connecting to the HP-TSK310

Welding guns

The hand welding guns for contact and gap welding, as well as the mini welding head, are supplied with our welders. Both hand welding guns are supplied with support tube and base.

What is the difference between contact and gap welding?
The welding gun for contact welding is primarily used for studs made of steel, stainless steel or brass (MS63). Whereas the welding gun for gap welding is ideal for studs made of aluminium and brass (MS63).

Our stud holders, which we manufacture in-house, fit in both welding guns, and in all other popular hand welding guns.

Our MHSK mini welding head

Using the mini welding head enables welding studs to be installed in tight spaces and at tight angles. The MHSK is connected to the HP-TSK310 contact gun and ignited via the trigger button on the gun.
